Christmas Arrangements 2025

In Christmas Week, instead of our standard veg boxes and fruit bags, we make a big Christmas Veg Box and a big Christmas Fruit bag, each full of traditional festive fayre.

The Christmas Specials

The Christmas Veg Box will contain:

2kg roasting potatoes, 1kg carrots, 1kg onions, ¾ kg parsnip, ½ kg sprouts, 2 garlic ¾ kg leeks,

1 winter squash, 1 red cabbage, ½ kg beetroot, 1 salad bag.         

All weights approximate              Cost: £25.90

No substitutions, exclusions, or variations of the contents.

The Christmas Fruit Bag will contain:

1kg apples, ¾kg oranges, ¾ kg bananas,1 avocado,

2 lemons, 1 lime, ½ kg clementines, ½ kg pears.

All weights approximate Cost £18.95           

No substitutions, exclusions, or variations of the contents.

In Christmas Week if you do not cancel 25^th and 26^th December, any veg boxes (Half, Small, Medium, or Large) due those days will be replaced by our one-size Christmas Veg Boxes.

Delivery will be on MON 22nd and TUES 23rd December

If you are due a Fruit bag, (Small or Large), it will be replaced by the one-size Christmas Fruit Bags

If you are happy with this arrangement, you do not need to do anything,

your regular order will be transformed.

Our Christmas Veg Boxes provide more than double our ‘Small’ veg boxes but will not be large enough to see you through until we resume after the holiday.  If you regularly have a Medium or Large veg box, you will need to order extra veg or additional Christmas Veg Boxes. 

Advance Christmas Orders   This is a dedicated order for additional produce for The Week before Christmas(18,19,20 Dec) and for Christmas Week.(22,23 Dec).  They will function alongside your regular orders.  If you want them to function as your entire order, then pause your regular order for that week or you will get both!

Regular weekly extras such as eggs, salad bags, lemons etc, will continue when we replace regular orders in Christmas Week.  If you want to double up your extras or add additional one-off items, add them in Advance Christmas Orders (so as not to affect your regular order).

If your Advance Christmas Order is your entire order and not just additional items to add to your transformed Specials, make sure you ‘pause’ your regular order for that week, or you will receive both!

If you have no regular order scheduled for that week - use Advance Christmas Orders to create a one-off order or you will get nothing!  You can also use it to order multiple Christmas Specials (for friends or family).

Deadline for pauses and orders for the Christmas weeks by 12pm Mon 15^th December

All orders and cancellations for the Christmas deliveries need to be in earlier than usual.  If you know that you are away, or do not want the Specials, please ‘pause’ your regular order for that week. Early notification of changes and additions would be immensely helpful.

DELIVERIES and COLLECTIONS – Banbury and villages north of us (Deddington, Hempton, Barfords, Bloxham, King's Sutton, Adderbury, and Duns Tew) on Monday 22^nd December.

All other areas will be Tuesday 23^rd December.

NO DELIVERIES BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR.  WE WILL BE BACK W/C 5^THJANUARY
