When do I get my Christmas Week Orders?

Banbury, Bloxham, Deddington, Hempton, Duns Tew, The Barfords, Adderbury, Kings Sutton and North Aston will be delivered on Monday 22^nd December. All other areas will receive their orders on Tuesday 23^rd December.

Is there a Half/Small, Medium or Large version of the Christmas Veg Boxes?

No.  We only make a one-size Christmas Special in Christmas Week.  If you feel that is too much for you, consider ordering a Christmas Choice Box and making up your entire order with your own selection of veg and fruit and eggs.

If I have a Christmas Veg Box, will I also get a Christmas Fruit Bag?

No, you will only get a Christmas Fruit Bag if you have a Fruit Bag scheduled for 25th/26th and it is transformed. You can however add a Christmas Fruit Bag to an Advance order for Christmas Week. 

What if I don’t want some of the Christmas Veg, can I get substitutes?

No, we can’t handle Exclusions for the Christmas Veg Box. If you don’t want some of the contents, choose a Christmas Choice Box 22nd/23rd and select your own contents.

My usual order is a Large Veg Box. Is the Christmas Veg Box an equivalent size?

No, it contains more variety, but the quantities may not be sufficient.  If you are catering for a large family, consider adding extras to bulk up the quantities or order multiple Christmas Veg Boxes.

Can I choose all the contents of my Christmas Week Order?

Yes, select a Christmas Choice Box and select the contents from the various categories (minimum order value £25.00). If this order is your entire order, make sure you have paused any other orders scheduled 25th/26th or you will get more than you intended. 

I don’t want the Christmas Specials. Can I have my normal order in Christmas Week?

No, we only do the one-size Christmas Specials. If you do not want them, you could select your own Christmas Choice order for delivery 22nd/23rd. Either way, if you don’t want the Specials, make sure you pause your scheduled 25th/26th orders.

If I'm happy for my usual order to be transformed into Christmas Specials, what do I need to do?

You do not need to do anything. We will transform the regular orders and send you an email confirming your order for you to do a last-minute check

I am catering for a large group, can I to get additional Christmas Veg Boxes?

Yes, you can add multiple Christmas Specials in the Advance Orders for 22nd /23rd.

How do I add some additional items to my Christmas Week order?

Any one-off additions should be made in the Advance Orders for that specific delivery. If you have a lot of extras, add a Christmas Extras Box as a basket for them to go into.

I do not have a Veg Box or Fruit Bag scheduled for 25th/26th December.  How can I make sure I get them?

In the Advance Orders you can add a Christmas Veg Box and/or a Christmas Fruit Bag for delivery/collect 22nd/23rd. Please double check the date that you have chosen.

I have regular extras of eggs and other items. Will they still come with my transformed Specials?

Yes, we will carry over all your regular extras on your transformed Specials.   

Can I order increased amounts of extras for the Christmas Week without it affecting my regular weekly extras order?

If you want additional Extras without affecting your regular order, just add them in the Advance Order 22/23 and they will be added as one-off additions.

I am going to be away for Christmas Week, can I get the Christmas Specials early?

Yes, this year, you can order the Christmas Specials for delivery 18th/19th/20th December. If you do not want an order in Christmas Week, please make sure you pause 25th/26th scheduled orders

When is the Deadline for orders for Christmas?

Deadline for pauses and orders for 18th/19th/20th by 12pm Mon 15th December. Orders and amendments for 22nd/23rd December by 10 am Tuesday 16th December. If you know that you are away, or do not want the Specials, please ‘pause’ your regular order for that date. Early notification of changes and additions would be very helpful.

What do I do if I have missed the deadline?

All orders and cancellations for the Christmas deliveries need to be in earlier than usual but if you miss the Deadline, please contact us directly and we will try to help.  

When is the first box after Christmas?

No boxes between Christmas and New Year.  We will resume deliveries w/c 5th January at the usual times. Deadline for orders and amendments by 10am Tuesday 6th January.

If I am away, can I donate my Christmas Veg Box?

Yes, if you ‘pause’ (skip) any scheduled dates over Christmas, you can choose to donate your paused order. If you donate a regular order due 25th/26th you will be donating its Christmas Special equivalent.
